The aim of the project entitled “Laboratory of Low Emission Zones” is to provide Polish local governments with practical and up-to-date knowledge on the implementation and operation of Low Emission Zones (LEZ) and to familiarize them with proven practices in this respect, based on examples from various European cities. Decision makers from local governments will also have an opportunity to acquire knowledge on the legislative conditions of establishing a LEZ, resulting from Article 39 of the Electromobility and Alternative Fuels Act.
